The “Drift” - Ecological Artivism
Drifting or the 'Theory of the Dérive' is authored by the situationist thinker Guy Debord and is defined as a psychogeographic procedure: studying the effects of the environment on the psychic and emotional state of the people who practice it. Starting from a specific place, the person or group that sets out to drift will follow an indefinite route. Letting the urban or natural environment itself 'take' them at random, along the path it follows.
Artivism is the combination of two words activism + artist. An artivist is an artist whose work is a reflection of her activism that can be driven by various issues.
I communicate my eco-concerns with this "singular" form of art.

This collaborative project started in January 2021 and has a duration of at least 36 months. It's coordinated by the Research Group of the Association of Teachers of Expression and Visual Communication in Portugal, which you can visit here:

It is focused on collaborative acts of artistic creation, sharing ancestral knowledge, as a social sculpture, and appreciation of local communities and identities spread all over the world.
